Actor Zachary Levi is all busy working on DC Films’ upcoming superhero movie Shazam!. But recently, the actor took some time out of his schedule to address his fans by going live on Instagram.
A Twitter user who goes by the name Karla posted a live stream video of Zachary Levi in which he is all praises for the Wonder Woman fame actress Gal Gadot. In the video, the Shazam! actor can be heard praising Gal Gadot’s stunning beauty.
“I would love to work with Gal. That would be insane. She’s so effervescent, isn’t she?” said Levi. “Aside from the fact she’s stunning, which she is. But you can’t take your eyes off her because she magnetic, she’s effervescent.” You can check out the video below.
Levi, who is quite active on social media, recently shared a fan-art that shows an illustration of two of his most popular characters Tangled‘s Flynn Rider and DC’s Shazam!. The illustration is really adorable. You can check it out below.
The actor will be seen donning the superhero character’s comic book attire in the film which includes a tight bright red bodysuit with a white cape, gold boots, cuffs, belt and a giant flashing yellow thunderbolt on his chest. There are two tigers on the clasps that hold Shazam’s cape. The gold clasps feature the same tiger’s head motif that gives a clear call back to another DC character: Tawky Tawny. There are also rumors that the fan-favorite superhero Batman might do a cameo in the upcoming film.
Zachary Levi is portraying the titular character of Shazam in the film. The film’s story revolves around a teenage boy, Billy Batson, played by Asher Angel, who transforms himself into a superhero by saying the word Shazam. The project taps in Mark Strong as its main antagonist, Doctor Sivana, who wants to harness Shazam’s magical powers to fulfill his wicked purposes. The superhero movie is shooting in Toronto until May.
Directed by David F. Sandberg, Shazam! will land in theaters on April 5, 2019.
