Marvel Studios’ recent casting call for Avengers: Infinity War doesn’t seem to require actors but rather the real life heroes that save us on a day-to-day basis. It has been revealed that studio is looking for real police officers, firefighters and EMTs to act in the upcoming MCU film.
According to AJC, One of the main ‘must-have’ skills to be part of the film is their tactical experience learned during training and daily work. Both men and women are needed for the casting but must be above the age of 18 to audition for the part.
The police officers and the rest applying for the part shouldn’t have “a waist no larger than 36[for men]” and “women need a dress size of 0-8.”
The people that would be selected for the part would be required to free their work schedule on July 5-9th for the filming of Avengers: Infinity War. The shooting would take place in downtown Atlanta. Moreover, they should also attend the fitting on June 12th in Fayetteville.
Actors and actresses will be paid $68 for their eight hours of work on set. Interested participants can apply for the part by e-mailing to MaryLou@CentralCasting.com and must write “Uniform” in the subject. The body of the mail should include a photo wearing the uniform along with details such as name, phone number, height, weight and sizes. Furthermore, it must also make specific mention of the real life experiences of the police officer/firefighter/EMTs. In direction by the Russo Brothers, Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4th, 2018.
